Vice President, Provider Reimbursement & Payor Relations
Blake joined the HighFive team in February 2023 as Vice President of Provider Reimbursement and Payor Relations. Blake is actively involved with reimbursement strategies, fee for service negotiations, payor relations, credentialing, and coordination of government programs in accordance with contractual and regulatory requirements. His primary roles include leadership and direction of payor relations and credentialing, as well as developing and executing comprehensive contracting strategies with payors to optimize revenue and reimbursement for our partner practices. Blake uses his 15+ years of healthcare and legal experience, including 10 years of working for a private payor and 2 years working for a state health agency, to provide exceptional support for HighFive’s practices.
Blake is the proud husband to his wife (Whitney), and dad to his three boys, Owen (9), Hodges (5), and Will (1). When not supporting our partners, Blake enjoys playing golf, watching the Tide, and coaching his boys youth sports teams.
