Mary Margaret joined HighFive in February of 2023 as the Marketing Manager. She is responsible for maintaining and building the overall brand both at the practice level and homebase. As business continues to develop every day, she understands the importance of target audience capture and has a background in building and maintaining relationships and patient increasing sales initiatives within multi-site companies in the healthcare space.

Mary Margaret graduated from the University of North Alabama with a major in Mass Communications, emphasis in Public Relations, and a minor in Business Marketing. She was a member of the University of North Alabama Women’s Soccer Team, which transpires to bringing an attention to teamwork and collaboration to the table across HighFive.

Outside of work she enjoys time at the lake or beach with her family, traveling and trying new restaurants with her friends, and her Wired Fox Terrier, Dixie!

Madeline is a Senior Project Manager in the department of Project Management & Integrations. She has over 10 years of healthcare experience, the majority of which were as a Dental Practice Manager. Madeline earned her B.S. in Healthcare Management and Master of Business Administration, both from UAB. She also holds a Project Management Professional certificate from the Project Management Institute.

Madeline leads new practice integrations by collaborating with all functional areas across HighFive to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and transition for our doctors and their teams into the HighFive family. She also leads special projects and initiatives across Homebase and our practices to help create efficiencies and implement best practices.

In her spare time, Madeline enjoys being active and outdoors, trying out new recipes, reading thriller novels, and traveling as much as possible. She also serves on the Junior Board for the Breast Cancer Research Foundation of Alabama and Young Supporters Board for the O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center at UAB.

Austin joined HighFive in April 2020 and serves as the Controller. As Controller, Austin is responsible for overseeing the accounting operations of the company, including financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and budget management. Austin works closely with senior leadership and other departments to drive financial strategy and performance.

Austin began his professional career in public accounting at BMSS where he was part of the firm’s audit and tax practices. Austin holds a B.S in accounting and a Master of Accountancy from Samford University, where he was also a member of the Men’s golf team. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

When he’s not in the office, Austin enjoys playing golf, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his wife (Hannah) and golden retriever (Ellie).

Kyla joined HighFive in January of 2024 and currently serves as the Marketing Coordinator. She is responsible for assisting and developing marketing campaigns at the practice level and at homebase. As each practice’s marketing needs are unique, Kyla understands the importance of strategically making campaigns for the given target market and building resources to enhance marketing for every practice. She believes in HighFive’s vision to be the premier partner for endodontic and oral surgery specialty care and desires to help achieve this goal through promoting what makes HighFive exceptionally outstanding.

Kyla was born and raised in Rome, Georgia, but moved to Birmingham, Alabama in 2019 to attend Samford University and play on the Samford Women’s Soccer Team. She earned her degree in Marketing with a Professional Sales Concentration. She enjoys teamwork and collaboration and, loves strategically working on projects towards a larger goal. Kyla is currently pursuing her master’s in business administration at Samford University. 

Outside of work, Kyla and her husband Ty love being active and creative. They enjoy running, biking, hiking, and any competitive activity. They love to spend free time renovating spaces, throwing pottery, or traveling. Kyla and Ty also love being the cool aunt and uncle to their nieces and nephews. 

Mallory joined HighFive in June of 2021 and currently serves as a Practice Solutions Coordinator. She is responsible for ensuring consistency and quality in the delivery of the patient experience. She also assists in the development and execution of strategies to improve patient outcomes, enhance processes, and drive value for our partner practices. Mallory’s previous role as Senior Practice Support Coordinator benefits her greatly in her current role due to her experience working directly with HighFive Doctors and Practice Managers as a point of contact. Mallory is passionate about HighFive’s vision to be the premier partner for oral specialty care and desires to help achieve this goal through her work of creating and implementing best practices to alleviate inefficiencies and improve patient experiences across HighFive.  

Born and raised in Mobile, Alabama, Mallory moved to Birmingham for college. As a proud graduate of Samford University, Mallory earned her degree in Business Administration with a double major in Marketing and Management. Mallory desires to continuously learn and is currently working on her master’s in business administration also at Samford. During her time at Samford, she served as President of Alpha Delta Pi where she continues her relationship as Panhellenic Advisor.

Mallory and her husband Boyd love spending time with their family and friends. Mallory enjoys being by the water at the lake or the beach. She spends her free time traveling to new cities and trying new restaurants, being active outside or working out, cheering on her favorite sports teams, and cherishing supper clubs with her sweet community of college friends. Boyd and Mallory attend Shades Mountain Baptist. 

Serving as a Practice Solutions Coordinator at HighFive, Abigail is an integral part of our Enterprise Transformation Office. In her role, Abigail collaborates closely with her team, regional directors and practice managers to improve and implement best practices. She embarked on her journey in the medical/dental field back in 2018 and has since acquired invaluable experience in every aspect of the business. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Abigail finds joy in going to the lake, hiking, baking, and spending time with her husband and Goldendoodle Chloe.

Phil joined HighFive in April 2021 and serves as the Director of Project Management and Integrations. He leads the integration team as practices join the HighFive family, ensuring a smooth transition with a focus on change management and open communication. He and his team work closely with the practice and departments across HighFive to help implement company processes and standards. He also oversees the project management office, driving consistency in project execution and providing strategic direction to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

A graduate of the University of Alabama with a focus on Business Management, Phil brings over 10 years of experience in healthcare operations, including software implementation and enterprise project management. Additional experience includes leadership positions within the banking and transportation industries.

Outside of work, Phil enjoys running, playing hockey, and supporting Liverpool FC and the Pittsburgh Penguins. He loves spending time with his wife, Kim, their two kids, Jake and Maddie, and their Portuguese water dog, Isabella.
