Director of Doctor Recruitment
Bobbie brings nearly a decade of dental industry experience spanning practice operations, multi-site leadership and doctor recruitment. She began her career in dental operations and advanced through practice and regional leadership roles before transitioning into specialty doctor recruitment. Prior to joining HighFive, Bobbie led multi-state recruitment efforts for Great Expressions Dental Centers and previously recruited oral and maxillofacial surgeons for Specialty1 Partners.
As Director of Doctor Recruitment, Bobbie leads recruitment strategy for experienced endodontists and oral and maxillofacial surgeons. She partners closely with clinical, operational and executive leaders to understand the needs of HighFive’s practices, build meaningful relationships with doctors and connect exceptional specialists with opportunities where they can thrive. Her operational background gives her a unique understanding of both the doctor experience and the long-term needs of a growing practice.
Bobbie lives in the Kansas City area with her husband, Shane, who works in aviation, their two young sons, Blake and Cade, and their pug, Penelope Pickles. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and embracing the fun—and occasional chaos—that comes with raising two little boys and a pug.
