Chief Financial Officer
Bryan joined the HighFive team in May 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years experience building, growing, and scaling private equity backed healthcare companies. He is a servant leader dedicated to fostering positive organizational culture to ensure achievement of company vision, mission, and values.
Prior to joining HighFive, Bryan was the Chief Financial Officer of Upstream Rehabilitation, the largest dedicated outpatient physical therapy provider in the U.S. During his 16-year tenure at Upstream, Bryan led the Company’s finance, accounting, and revenue cycle functions as Upstream experienced $700+ million of revenue growth, increased its number of clinic locations to over 1,200 across 28 states, and performed more than 7 million patient visits annually. Bryan was involved in multiple private equity transactions as well as syndicated private and public debt offerings and refinancings.
From 2001 to 2007, Bryan served in various financial roles including Controller and Director of Billing Operations for Atherotech, a venture capital backed cardio-diagnostic laboratory. During his time at Atherotech, Bryan was an integral leader in helping the Company double its annual revenue and achieving profitability.
Bryan started his professional career at Ernst & Young where he was a part of the firm’s audit practice with a focus on healthcare clients. Bryan holds a B.S. in Accounting (1997) and Master of Business Administration (1998) from Troy University. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Bryan is a devoted husband to his wife Melanie and father to their four children Ella, Emmy, Kody, and Kale. Bryan and his family are members of the Church of the Highlands. He is a passionate Auburn fan who loves to spend time with his family and their two English golden retrievers Luna and Quinn.
