Senior Vice President, Operations Support and Planning
Dale serves as Senior Vice President of Operations Support and Planning at HighFive Healthcare, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare technology, operations, and client success organizations. Throughout his career, Dale has built and led high-performing teams across Customer Success, Account Management, Sales, and Operations, with a focus on delivering scalable systems that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Prior to joining HighFive, Dale served as Senior Vice President of Customer Success at Meazure Learning, where he led the integration of three separate Customer Success teams into a unified organization supporting more than 1,000 clients across the higher education and professional testing industries. During his tenure, he also oversaw the platform conversion of the company’s largest acquisition.Earlier in his career, Dale held senior leadership roles at WebMD and Healthgrades, where he led Customer Success teams responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth across national healthcare clients. He also served as Executive Vice President of Sales at MEDSEEK, where he played a key role in the company’s expansion and its eventual private equity transaction. Under his leadership, the business achieved significant growth while maintaining client retention rates exceeding 98%.
Dale holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of South Alabama, where he was a Division I soccer player.Dale and his wife have two sons and enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, cycling, golfing, and traveling.
