Chief People Officer
Kimberly has over 25 years of human resources knowledge and experience in a variety of industries including healthcare, banking, and manufacturing. She has proven experience in building and restructuring HR departments. Her main goal is to partner with each department and practice to ensure HR strategic alignment with company goals, focused on its people and building relationships.
Her role at HighFive encompasses oversight of all functions of Human Resources including talent acquisition, employee benefits, compensation, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, HR policy and procedure, M&A integrations, and organizational development.
In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys working out, supporting her children in their competitive sports, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
