Director of Physician and Resident Recruitment
Kristin Tommasello serves HighFive as Director of Physician and Resident Recruitment with over 17 years of healthcare sales and management experience. KT graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor's in Psychology and has built her career on interpersonal relationships. From a startup company based in Atlanta to a global leader in medical devices, she has carefully selected her career moves based on the people and culture of each organization. KT's experience includes market development, sales leadership, operational efficiencies, behavioral based marketing and everything in between. Helping to shape the foundation of the next generation of HighFive doctor partners is what she loves most about her role.
When she is not working, you will find her with her husband and daughters at Disney World or a UGA football game! She is an enthused activist for Childhood Apraxia of Speech and Autism Awareness and when downtime does occur, her hobbies include reading and brunch with friends. She also loves to travel anywhere that has sensational cuisine and a vibrant culture. To her, everything is about the people she meets and joining the HighFive family has been her most fulfilling professional decision to date!
