Vice President, M&A
Wood joined HighFive in 2020 and serves as Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions. In this role, Wood’s responsibilities center around identifying, evaluating and executing HighFive’s strategic growth initiatives as well as other corporate strategic initiatives. Wood also plays an active role in our business development efforts, where he leads the evaluation and underwriting of prospective partnership opportunities.
Prior to joining HighFive, Wood worked at Arlington Capital Advisors, a middle-market investment bank focused on providing financial and strategic advisory services to industry-leading consumer businesses. During his time at Arlington, Wood participated in the execution of numerous complex transactions across a wide variety of capital continuums, including mergers & acquisitions, recapitalizations, growth capital raises and other capital-centric strategic financing solutions.
Wood received a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Auburn University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. In his free time, Wood enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, family and friends as well as hunting and fishing.
